Our International team helps in arranging visa by contacting the Indian HighCommission in the patient's country. This helps to obtain medical visa not only for patient but also for the accompanying attendant.
Travel desk is available inside the premises. Our dedicated staff helps to fulfill FRRO formalities, visa extension, accommodation outside hospital and to arrange local sightseeing.
We arrange complimentary airport pick up/drop in personal cab for patient and accompanying attendant to hospital or hotel as per patient's medical condition or choice. Patients are received at airport by hospital executive or interpreter (if required).
We deal in more than 30 Currencies worldwide with best rates of exchange available exclusively for our patients.
During the stay in the ICU, stay of attendants would be arranged in ICU Lounge / R & R lounge on discounted rates. Sofa cum bed is provided for the accompanying attendant during hospital stay in patient's room.
Hygienic and Standardized Meals
Complimentary meals are provided for patient and one accompanying attendant. Other than this special attention is given to the hygiene and quality of food during the stay.
Complete Estimated and Invoiced Bills
Once treatment plan is advised by specialist, International Patient Services team arranges quotation or estimated cost of the treatment and stay. Payment can be made by cash/credit card/Wire Transfer. Patient has the option to wire transfer money before travel team arranges to send Invoice as per estimate shared. It also helps insurance companies to place Guarantee of Payment (GOP) if patient is covered by insurance.
Individual and Personal Assistance/ Nurse (On Demand)
We assign individual Assistance/ Nurse for each patient for better coordination who assists patient and accompanying attendant through their stay in hospital for all non-medical assistance like registration, admission and discharge formalities, SIM card, mobile etc.
With more than 15 different Language Interpreters in house our patients never feel out of home with us.
Sight Seeing (If Medically Allowed)
With the partnership of best travel arrangement company Buddies Group of Consultants, we can plan the sightseeing also during or after the treatment (If medically allowed) for patients' or accompanying members.
